Chelsea Borruano is a passionate nonprofit leader and seasoned marketing professional committed to effecting meaningful change for NGOs and nonprofits by championing mission and vision throughout all areas of communication. Throughout her career, she has successfully developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness and drive stakeholder engagement.

As Founder and Executive Director of a Baton Rouge-area nonprofit organization focused on erasing the stigma around mental health, she is skilled at the development of mission-forward marketing, communications, and donor relations materials that speak to diverse audiences. She holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from LSU and a Master’s in Applied Psychology from NYU and is a graduate of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation’s Development Fellows Program.
