Challenge

CityDance needed to elevate awareness of its Conservatory, drive attendance, and meet ambitious fundraising goals for its annual Elevation Celebration gala, while introducing new donors to the organization’s mission and impact.

Approach

Led an integrated marketing and communications strategy centered on storytelling, donor cultivation, and visibility across owned, earned, and social channels. The campaign highlighted alumni success, artistic excellence, and the real-world impact of scholarships through coordinated email, social media, press outreach, influencer engagement, and on-site activations.
